How-To Guide:
Step 1: Abrade and roughen the entire repair area for best surface preparation.
Step 2: Mix the Base and Solidifier of Belzona 1212 thoroughly until the material is streak-free.

Step 3: Remove the plug from the bypass plate.
Step 4: Firmly apply the Belzona 1212 to the plate, pushing it well into the surface profile.
Step 5: Apply the material to the prepared bond area. 
Step 6: Position the bypass plate down firmly over the repair area. Secure the plate using cable ties during the cure.
Step 7: Remove the excess Belzona material to ensure an aesthetically pleasing finish.
Step 8: Insert the plug to stem the leak and remove the cable ties to complete the application.
Belzona 1212 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and is ideal for repair kits and emergency situations, ensuring fast back in service time.
