How to Mix Belzona 5821 by Volume

Belzona 5821 is a two-component ceramic-filled, solvent-free system that can be applied by brush or spray. The #coating exhibits excellent erosion #protection while having outstanding barrier properties to protect metallic and non-metallic surfaces operating under immersion conditions in contact with aqueous solutions.

This material can be #applied to virtually any rigid surface including cast iron, stainless steel, brass, copper, concrete, and aluminum.

Mixing Steps

First, remove the seal and cap from the base container.

Using a spatula, scrape off the edges to reincorporate any settlement.

Slowly pour the desired amount of base into the mixing cup

The mixing ratio is 3 parts base and 1 part solidifier by volume

Then, Open the Solidifier container and pour the right amount of solidifier into the Mixing cup.

Mix thoroughly until a uniform color is achieved.
