Belzona 1392 is a two-component high temperature lining coating system designed to resist #hydrocarbons and acidic aqueous solutions whilst providing excellent erosion and #corrosion protection. One of the key factors of any Belzona application is a thorough mix of the components. Unless the entire contents of base and solidifier are needed for the application, you can mix small quantities by weight. In this video, we will demonstrate how to mix full units of Belzona 1392. Belzona 1392 is made of two components (base & solidifier). You will need a Belzona spatula for proper mixing. Each Belzona product comes with the manufacturer’s Instructions for Use. First, remove the cap from Belzona 1392 base and stir the material to reincorporate any settlement. Next, shake Belzona 1392 solidifier well before opening. Twist the cap off and pour the contents inside of the Belzona 1392 base container. Thoroughly mix both components together until a uniform material, free of streakiness is achieved.
