Belzona 1321 can also be used as an injection material for the shimming and bonding of components One of the key factors of a Belzona application is a thorough mix of the components. In this video, we will demonstrate how to mix Belzona 1321 by volume. For the mixing, you will need two components (base and solidifier) of Belzona 1321, a Belzona spatula and a universal mixing cup. Each Belzona product comes with the manufacturer’s instructions for use. First, remove the cap from Belzona 1321 base and stir the material to reincorporate any settlement. Then, remove the cap and seal from Belzona 1321 solidifier. Pour 4 part of the base and 1 part of the solidifier into the measuring cup and start mixing Place the seal and cap back onto the containers to store for later use.
