Materials used in the video: Belzona 5231 https://www.belzona.com/en/products/5000/5231.aspx Belzona 5233 Clear https://www.belzona.com/en/products/5000/5233.aspx How to Install a Full Broadcast Floor System with Belzona: 1. Prepare the concrete, make sure it is dry and free or debris and loose parts. 2. Once the surface has been prepared, mix Belzona 5231 Base and Solidifier. 3. Using a paint brush, apply the material to the edges first. 4. Then, spread evenly across the entire floor at the thickness as recommended by the Manufacturer. 5. Start broadcasting the flakes immediately following the application of the base coat. For a full coverage, the flakes should be broadcast to rejection. Use spiked shoes to walk on the freshly coated floor. 6. Using a clean paint roller, press the flakes into the coating to ensure optimal adhesion to the base coat. 7. Once cured, remove the access flakes completely. At this stage the flakes can be scraped or sanded to remove any high spots or to smooth the surface and achieve a smooth floor on completion. 8. Mix Belzona 5233 (Clear) Base and Solidifier. 9. Using a paint brush, apply the mixed material to the edges first. 10. Then, apply the material evenly across the entire floor ensuring an optimal sealant of the flakes.
