How to Create a Deep Pour Grout under Base Plates with Belzona 7211

#Belzona7211 is a three component, low exothermic, 100% solids system for #deeppourgrouts up to 8" (20.5 cm). The product has been designed to support large machinery offering excellent damping characteristics to withstand high static and dynamic loads. This deep pour grout is formulated to provide excellent self-leveling properties, allowing the product to flow even into hard to reach spaces under machinery. This product is ideally suited for the repairs performed on horizontal surfaces where self-leveling capabilities are required. This #groutingcompound flows into the spaces under the large machinery and fills completely before solidifying. Belzona 7211 is offered in two different flowability levels: standard and high to meet various application requirements.

How-to Guide:
Step 1: Clean and degrease the area with Belzona 9111 
Step 2: Level equipment 
Step 3: Protect area with tape and isolate bolts with non-melt grease
Step 4: Build formwork with chamfer edges and
Step 5: Install formwork around the area and seal with mastic or silicone
Step 6: Apply release agent, Belzona 9411/8411
Step 7: Install and seal headbox 
Step 8: Apply release agent on headbox 
Step 9: Mix Belzona 7211 and transfer contents into the mixer incorporating aggregate gradually
Step 10: Pour the mix through the headbox
Step 11: Remove headbox once all the material has been poured
Step 12: Remove tape and formwork
