Material used:
Belzona 2311 is a two-component elastomeric polymer repair and rebuild composite for rubber components. This rapid cold curing material enables repairs to be carried out with minimal downtime.

How-To Guide:
Step 1: Terminate tear
Step 2: Undercut rubber and remove top layer
Step 3: Abrade the rubber to a woolly finish 
Step 4: Cover below tear and tape the area
Step 5: Apply conditioner Belzona 2911 onto the prepared area
Step 6: Mix Belzona 2311
Step 7: Firmly apply Belzona 2311 onto the area
Step 8: Wet out and embed Belzona 9341 reinforcement tape 
Step 9: Encapsulated reinforcement tape with a further layer of Belzona 2311
Step 10: Remove tape
